Osmolality of ISO-tonic drink is about 280 mOsm/kg.

Recommended dosing:

Before physical activity: 200 – 300 ml within 30 minutes
During intensive activity: every 15 minutes about 100 - 150 ml

Usage:

After opening store the product at the temperature below 25 ºC and consume withing 24 hours. Possible mild sediment is a natural characteristic of the product and is not a bad sign. Shake before use!

Intended for special nutrition. Not suitable for children. Store in a dry place at the temperature below 25°C out of reach of direct sun radiation. Protect from freeze. Keep out of reach of children!
