Recommended dosage:

one serving = 30 g in 200 ml of water. Depending on daily protein need, consume 1 – 3 servings daily between meals. For optimal protein usage and utility, do not exceed the recommended size of one dosage. Use pure water for protein preparation.

Usage:

one measuring glass is 20 g. Measure the recommended dosage by the enclosed measuring glass and shake it properly in Nutrend shaker or mix it in water or milk.
