Recommended dosing:

• For support of overweight reduction:
  15 ml twice a day best in the morning before meal, 30 minutes before physical activity or in the evening before bedtime.
• For sportsmen: 1-2x a day 15-30 ml – first portion about 30 minutes before start of performance, the second portion approximately in the middle of the activity.
• For support of cardial and cerebral activity and for keeping body weight: the basic recommended daily portion is 15 ml.
• Do not exceed recommended dosing.

Usage:

• Prepare by diluting the content of measuring unit into cold, preferably sport drink (for example from the Reg-ge series).
• Milk or alcoholic drinks are not suitable for the preparation.
• After usage the bottle should be closed properly, measuring unit washed with water and dried out.
• After opening store the product at the temperature of 2-8 °C and consume within 30 days.
• Change of color into brown is natural characteristic of the product and it is not any defect.
