Recommended dosing:

• Basic portion is 5 g (2 flat teaspoons) about 30-60 minutes before one-time short performance.
• Creatine usage is possible during exercise longer than several minutes, or in breaks between repeated outputs.
• Optimum for stimulation of organism is to use Creatine about 3 days before the performance and again before the start (30 – 60 minutes). It is also possible to use several times higher portions of Creatine (app. 5 – 25 g, according to the time of performance, situation etc.)
• For stimulation of muscle mass creation it is necessary to use Creatine at least 30 days in portions of approximately 100 mg for 1 kg of body weight (for a 70 kg man it is 7 g).
• For children 12 years and older 1 teaspoon (3g) a day.

Usage:

• Measure according to the recommended dosing and blend in a sport drink.
• Do not mix in milk and alcoholic drinks!
