Recommended dosing:
Basic recommended portion is 20 ml per day.
For increased effect we recommend 20 ml twice a day.
For protection of muscular mass and postponing the stage of energetic exhaustion use it at latest about 60 minutes before the training.
For faster regeneration of muscular mass use immediately after finishing the performance.
Usage:Before using shake mildly and measure according to the recommended dosing. Blend the content of measuring unit in water. For preparation aren't appropriate milk and alcohol drinks. After opening close properly, store in temperatures 10-25°C and consume within 2 months.
