Characteristics of the effective substances:
Glucosamine - substance own to our bodies that is created in organism from blood sugar. It is important for joints mobility, it plays necessary role in connective tissues synthesis, it decreases catabolic proceses in joints cartilages. Glucosamine is precursor of chondroitin.
Chondroitin sulfate – basic building unit for connective tissue protection and renewal. If in organism in sufficient amount, it protects cartilages against devastation and deterioratrion. Scientific studies proved that chondroitin sulfate is natural alternative nutrition supplement when suffering from arthrosis.
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethan) – organic sulfur compound that can be commonly found in human body. It takes part in collagen tissues structure creation. Due to its antioxidant activity it helps to protect cartilages against deterioration caused by free radicals. Sulfur in MSM supports creation of basic amino acids methionine and cysteine.
