ACCOMMODATION: 

Book the precise number of beds together with the entry form, the price for a bed in
single-bed rooms amounts to CZK 1,125 including breakfast, in double-bed rooms to CZK 1,512 including breakfast; the booking forms should be sent by 15 August 2007. The accommodation will be provided in Hotel Sigma, Jeremenkova 36, Olomouc, Tel: 585 23 20 76-9.

TICKETS: 

Semi-final – sale at the venue, the ticket price amounts to CZK 30
Final – TICKET PORTAL network, the ticket price amounts to CZK 300

 

PAYMENT TERMS:

Competitors from the Czech Republic:

  • The transport expenses shall be borne by the competitors themselves
  • The refreshment is secured by the organiser on the day of competition
  • The competitors placed first to third in each category will have free accommodation from Saturday 8 September to Sunday 9 September 2007. For accompanying persons, it is possible to book beds which are not paid by the organiser; the price for a bed amounts to CZK 1,512 including breakfast (two competitors could be accommodated in one room if necessary)
  • The finalists are invited guests to the Closing Banquet; for accompanying persons, it is possible to buy banquet tickets for CZK 200 at the entrance to the banquet 

Referees from the Czech Republic:

  • Financial remuneration according to the directives of the CBFA
  • The transport expenses shall be borne by the organiser according to the directives of the CBFA
  • All day meals provided on the day of competition
  • The referees can book beds (the price for a bed amounts to CZK 1,512 for one night including breakfast – paid by the referees themselves); the booking forms should be sent to Nutrend D.S. at the latest by 15 August 2007 
  • The referees are invited guests to the Closing Banquet

Trainers from the Czech Republic:

  • The transport expenses shall be borne by the trainers themselves
  • All day refreshment free
    it is possible to book a bed, the price for a bed amounts to CZK 1,512 for one night including breakfast – paid by the trainers themselves
    It is possible to buy a banquet ticket for CZK 200


Competitors, trainers, and referees from abroad:

  • The transport expenses shall be borne by the competitors, trainers, and referees themselves
  • The refreshment is secured by the organiser on the day of competition, all day meals will be provided to referees
  • All the competitors, trainers, and referees will have free accommodation from Friday 7 September to Sunday 9 September 2007 (accommodation in double-bed rooms)
  • The competitors, trainers, and referees are invited guests to the Closing Banquet
  • For accompanying persons, it is possible to book beds; the price for a bed amounts to CZK 1,512 including breakfast, the ticket price for the semi-final amounts to CZK 50 and for the final to CZK 300; the banquet price amounts to CZK 200 (the orders should be sent at the latest by 15 August 2007)

 

RULES:

The competition will comply with the Rules of IFBB and Competition Rules of the CBFA as amended

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION:

1. A registration certificate of the Czech Bodybuilding and Fitness Association valid for the current year, identity card or passport.
2. Entry form submitted duly and properly.
3. Good health and physical condition.
4. High-quality compact disk with music for optional exercise. The organiser shall not be held liable for poor quality records.
5. The competitors from abroad are obliged to prove their membership in the IFBB evidenced by the documents of their national federation.

The establishment of categories in the competition will be decided by the main referee according to the number of competitors entered (the minimum number is 3 competitors in one category).

TIME SCHEDULE:

Saturday – 8 September 2007

8:30 am – 9:30 am PRESENTATION – weighing and measuring in the assembly room of Sidia Club, instructions for competition, verification of identity (identity card, passport) and age, entry into the list of competitors, drawing of competitors’ numbers, handover of music records, submission of time scenarios
10:00 am – noon   Semi-final order:

Noon – 1:00 pm   - Lunch of referees and competition officials
- Remuneration of referees and reimbursement of transport expense

1:00 pm – 3:00 pm   Dress rehearsal (the time will be specified during the competition)
4:00 pm – 8:00 pm   Final, opening parade in formal dress, all the disciplines in the following order:

8:00 pm Interview with the absolute winners – taking common photographs of all finalists in swimsuits in the vestibule.
8:30 pm Banquet


The precise time schedule will be provided to each competitor at the presentation.

FINAL – All the finalists must wear formal dress at the opening parade! Participation in the opening parade is not allowed without formal dress. 


ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

Parade of each category in swimsuits and scoring by the international jury. Parade of all categories and announcements:
1. Jury of spectators – presentation of awards to Miss Sympathy and Mister Sympathy.
2. Drawing of the tickets of spectators – the spectator whose ticket has been drawn will receive a valuable prize.
3. Jury of invited guests – presentation of awards to Miss Sympathy and Mister Sympathy in the Fitness category.
4. International jury – all the finalists will be presented with awards.
5. The International jury will announce the absolute winners in the Fitness and Body Fitness categories and will present them with awards. 

OTHER INFORMATION FOR COMPETITORS

1. Each competitor must be officially registered in the Bodybuilding and Fitness Association in his or her country (the club chairman or the fitness centre owner will provide you with the information about the registration, or contact the Secretary of CBFA – Tereza Machů 724 784 265).
2. Each competitor competes at his or her own risk and liability. This is confirmed by his or her signature on the competition entry form.
3. Except for the competitors and one person accompanying each competitor, nobody is allowed to enter the changing rooms and backstage.
4. We will make maximum efforts to prevent thefts; at the same time, we ask you to exercise the utmost care. We shall not be held liable for any loss.
5. The organiser is obliged to secure the prizes, certificates, and gifts.
6. Accompanying persons can buy tickets in the TICKET PORTAL network.
7. Hotel Sigma is located opposite the Main Railway Station in Olomouc, entrance to the assembly room is from the left side of Hotel Sigma = Sidia Club, Kosmonautů 29, Olomouc.
8. You can order the DVD record of the event at Nutrend D.S., a.s.; the DVD will be sent to you COD. The estimated price for one DVD amounts to CZK 399 + postal and packaging charges. You can order photographs with a photographer: Vlastimil Raška, Bartoňova 845, 530 12 Pardubice, mobile: 603 749 446.
9. We ask the competitors and trainers not to stain the walls and bed linen with body paints and oils. Failing that, you will be obliged to pay compensation for damages incurred.
10. The doping tests will be performed according to the Guideline for Doping Controls and Bans in Sport.
11. During the semi-final and final, you are not allowed to make video records or take photographs. In the case of your interest, you must pay during the registration a fee in the amount of CZK 1500.
