One of the most successful European truckers today began his career in 1998. After the season David Vršecký was withdrawn by team manager from racing, to participate at developing the racing special of Super Race Truck class, new established Buggyra mark.
His memories from the first race in Race Truck class are not very nice because his racing truck SISU was not very reliable.
In season 2002 he has particularly successful comeback. During the year he stand three times at the grade winners and was named Rookie of the Year. In the next two seasons stands at third grade winners at Super Race Truck class.
Not only that, in 2003 celebrated his first victory at the Nurburgring, in February 2004 in Dubai has created the world speed record for flying kilometer in truck racing.
After move to the Race Truck class, David occupied the fourth and fifth place in seasons 2005-2006. The turning point came in 2007 when he finished third overall, in order to celebrated two master titles of the old continent in the 2008-2009. At the end of 2008 improved his first championship season with another world speed record, this time on the hard mile.
In April 2010 on German Lausitzring circuit, David created three own world speed - endurance records on Buggyra of his own construction. The rest of the season was sacrificed to develop a new racing special, which leads to final fifth place in the European Truck Racing Championship. In October, David announced his debut on the Dakar Rally 2011th

Greatest achievements:

• the holder of world speed-endurance record 177,341 km / h (100 km), 178,568 km / h (100 miles) and 178,975 km (in hourly run). Three new entries still subject to the approval of the commission of the International Automobile Federation, FIA. Dekra 2004-2010 (Germany)
• the holder of world speed record of 171,878 km / h (1km standing start) Virgin Tynec 2008 (Czech Republic)
• the holder of world speed record of 281,723 km / h (1km to a flying start) 2004 Dubai (United Arab Emirates)
• 3x European Champion Race Truck category teams (2007, 2008, 2009)
• 2x European Champion Race Truck in the individual category (2008, 2009)
