The next season will be for both - Nutrend Team members and the company Nutrend D.S., a.s. - very difficult. Next to the defence of many World and European titles or World Cup victories, there will be the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Peking.

“We will of course support all our ´not Olympic´ stars such as Petr Vabroušek, Lukáš Konečný, Marián Čambál or Adam Procházka but the priority are the Olympic and Paralympic Games” confirmed Richard Zedník, the owner of the company. Richard Zedník and his team brought Nutrend as an exclusive supplier of dietary supplements of Czech Olympics after Athens and Turin to the third Olympic Games. “It is a big commitment for us. Especially when realizing how much the dietary supplements developed.”

Year 2008 will be for Nutrend in the name of defending Olympic medals from Athens. Marcel Pipek (handbike) and Jirka Ježek (road cycling) will defend gold medals and Jaroslav Bába (high jump) bronze medal. Even though it is generally known that the defence of the title is more difficult that to win the medal, Nutrend counts that the collection of Olympic and Paralympic medals will be extended. Especially if among other hot candidates for medals belong the World Champion in cycling Lada Kozlíková or medallist from European Indoor Championship Denisa Ščerbová whose membership in Nutrend Team is now being negotiated.
