Prague beach was under control of NUTREND, H.E.A.T. Program and Hanka Kynychová!
On Saturday 13th of June changed the Smichovska beach into healthy life-style oasis in the centre of the Prague. The action called “Losing weight to swimming dress” prepared magazine DIET in cooperation with NUTREND, H.E.A.T. Program and Hanka Kynychová. The program wasn’t just healthy exercise, but introducing of healthy nutrition, dietary supplements, massages, beauty procedures and many others as well.
The whole program started with the H.E.A.T. Program opening lesson under leading of Hanka Kynychova. During afternoon came after more lessons under leading other instructors. For the lazy-fellows, who came just to relax and to have a great afternoon, NUTREND prepared tasting of Unisport, cereal bars Street XL, Bio Wellness cake and Carnitin drink. The fourth year “Losing weight to swimming dress” was successful again. Not only great program and lot of people, but you could find wonderful weather on Prague beach as well and you could feel like on tropic island.
